Power Paper's clean thin batteries and cosmetic patches are manufactured using simple, industry-standard printing, drying and laminating processes which have been adapted to meet the specifications of the company’s products. All of the components of the thin batteries can be screen-printed using standard thick-film printing processes.
In early 2008, Power Paper began implementing a fully printed integrated patch technology for its cosmetic patches, in which the battery is an integrated part of the final product.
The new technology enabled new features and product improvements:
1. Significant cost reduction
2. Customization to any ergonomic shape and size, conforming to numerous formulations and a wide range of applications
3. Seamless integration of the disposable battery in the patches, facilitating thinner and more flexible end products
4. Shorter development time
Power Paper has several strategically-located CMO's. In addition, we maintain a pilot production facility in Bet Shemesh, Israel.
